Exchange Policy

You have 10 days to exchange any item for a boutique credit. Boutique credits may be used in store or online. No Refunds Given.

Your item must be in the original condition with the TAGS ATTACHED and UNALTERED. 

Items that may not be exchanged:

Pre-Orders, Personalized Items, Sale Items, Accessories & Jewelry, Cups, Gift Cards, Beauty Products, Bath Products, Intimates.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if they are unable to make a in store exchange. If your item is unacceptable you will be invoiced for the cost of return shipping to get the item back to you. In the event that you don’t pay your invoice within 10 days your item will be donated on your behalf. 

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
